WUYUBI merchants who require information on the WUYUBI daily deals and interactions from users who purchased their offer so that the offer can be fulfilled, for which the Merchants are only permitted to use such information for transaction-related purposes that are not unsolicited commercial messages.

4) Communications and email tools.

a) By accepting our Terms & Conditions, you agree to receive marketing communications from us and our affiliate or sister organizations unless you tell us that you prefer not to receive such communications.
b) If you don't wish to receive marketing communications from us, simply indicate your preference by following directions provided with the communication to unsubscribe. You may not use our site or communication tools to harvest addresses, send spam or otherwise breach our Terms of Use or Privacy Policy.
c) WUYUBI may automatically scan and manually filter messages sent via our communication tools for malicious activity or prohibited content, but WUYUBI does not permanently store such messages. WUYUBI reserves the right to delay replies in cases of suspected fraudulent activity or violations of our Terms of Use and/or to refuse to transmit messages.
d) If you use our tools to send content to a friend, WUYUBI may not permanently store your friends' addresses but may use or disclose them for marketing purposes. To report spam from other users, please contact our customer support.

There maybe a charge associated with such requests.
b) WUYUBI deletes personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier.
c) WUYUBI retains personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent bad guys from coming back. If you have further questions, you may contact customer support.

7) Transfer of Personal Data to Other Companies

a) We may share your information with members of the WUYUBI corporate family - like Paystack, GTPay, PayPal, 2checkout, etc - to provide joint content and services (like registration, transactions and customer support), to help detect and prevent potentially illegal acts and violations of our policies, and to guide decisions about their products, services and communications.
b) Members of our corporate family may use this information to send you marketing communications whether or not you've requested their services.

8) General

WUYUBI may update this policy at any time, with updates taking effect when you next use the site or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. Prohibited Use of Our Site
The following activities are entirely prohibited on our website:  Posting an Ad that violates any laws by a government or authority.
 Posting an item for sale that is illegal to own, buy or sell in your area of residence
 Posting an item for sale that is in the government’s prohibited items and services list
 Posting same Ads in multiple categories or multiple cities
 Posting same Ads using multiple different email addresses
 Posting an Ad that serves no other purpose other than to send traffic to a web site
 Posting a multi-level marketing or other prohibited job  Posting an ad containing a list of keywords not directly related to the item being sold
 Posting an Ad that contains adult, mature or erotic content. Personals are not allowed.
 Posting an Ad that defames anyone or contains "hate speech"  Posting opinions, notices, and discussion topics not in the discussion forum.
 Posting deliberately misleading information
 Posting an Ad that is targeted at defrauding or obtaining money or other favor under false pretences.

Please note the following:

1) Any Ad that does not comply with the WUYUBI policy will be removed from our site without any advance or prior notice.
2) Additionally, users that violate such policies will be blocked from using WUYUBI either temporarily or permanently.
3) As a general rule, NO ONE IS ALLOWED to list, buy or sell items or services that are illegal to own, buy or sell in your place of residence, or that are not bought or sold in compliance with applicable laws and regulations in any part of your place of residence.
4) You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws relating to the item or services you list, buy or sell.

g) distribute viruses or any other technologies that may harm WUYUBI or the interests or property of WUYUBI users;
h) impose an unreasonable load on our infrastructure or interfere with its proper working;
i) copy, modify, or distribute any other person's content without their consent;
j) use any robot spider, scraper or other automated means to access our site and collect content for any purpose without our express written permission;
k) harvest or otherwise collect information about others, including email addresses, without their consent;
l) bypass measures used to prevent or restrict access to our site.
